All games on Z Baaz operate in accordance with international gaming standards. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring complete fairness and transparency.

Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, Z Baaz will resolve the matter at its own discretion.
• Odds may change during live betting — the final odds at the time of placement are the ones that count.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, the wager will be refunded.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, Z Baaz will attempt to restore the game from the last saved state. If this is not possible, the wagered amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited under Z Baaz's Terms & Conditions. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

• Money Laundering: Using the Z Baaz platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Any form of fraud, software hacking, or manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games is prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing fraudulent chargeback claims after making a deposit is prohibited.
• Minor Accounts: Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

Voluntary Account Closure

• Loss due to internet disconnection

• Losses resulting from unexpected technical failures
• Force majeure events – natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances
